Well, now i get to play with Kydex!
I think I will pick up some kydex and rivets at the show tomorrow, but I need some 550 paracord in OD green, preferably and some advice on making an inverted carry neck knife sheath.
Knife will be approx 3 to 3.5" blade, 3.5" handle, drop point D2, 1/8" stock, approx 1.25" wide at guard. Possibly CF handle scales. I have some big, 1.5" wide and 5" long CF..anyone know where i can get smaller pieces?? Also, in terms of drilling and shaping, any tips.. how to work it? i know to wear respirator, protect body from dust, etc, but I don't know how to work it. Will pins work or do I need screws? Or can I just epoxy it w/o screws/pins? Tang will be drilled to reduce weight. Thanks guys!!
