Some kind of weird faux Randall kitchen knife?

There were some West German made blades I've read about, made back in the day. This doesn't match at all and seems odd.

Was there really a kitchen set like this? Is this just some unscrupulous dealer trying to profit on a name? Whatcha think? I thought it was funny right off the bat but hey, you never know.
