Been working on finishing up some kitchen knives to bring to the upcoming NWKC show on OCT 4th and 5th, and I figured I would share what I have so far.
All of the blades are 13c26 in this batch. The spines and choils are rounded and polished for extra comfort in different grips. The pins are my hybrid copper/carbon fiber.
The first two both have some really nice Ringed Gidgee scales and are full tang D handles. Sorry the pictures aren't the best, shiny blades always give me fits.

Hybrid Petty and Utility

These 2 Petit Gyutos have a more coke bottle handle and some fantastic Desert Ironwood.

Great looking cutters. Must admit I've never used a knife with a "D handle" but it sure looks comfortable. And being an Aussie I'm a sucker for that good Gidgee :)

Ben,
Great looking and useable knives.

Nice!!!

I love the gidgee handled ones.

Tad

Thanks guys!!

Like all four, the filled in pins are a nice touch.

Thanks Peter! They have carbon rods in the middle, It is kind of my signature on my kitchen knives.

I am really liking the feel of the handles, and yeah the Gidgee is super nice!
