Here's a couple I've made.
The Bowie has an 11" blade of my 320 layer of O1 and mild steel ladder damascus, an elk antler handle my first mokume for guard and butt-cap, and pure nickel and blued mild steel damascus bolster and nut.
The hunter is made from my 1095 and 203E 448 layer ladder damascus.
It has a birds-eye red cedar handle and brass fittings.

Thanks Jurt.

If you like those, you'll likely love this.
Years ago I read about Scott Langton forging a replica of the Sutton Hoo sword for a British museum.

I just had to try one.
It is very difficult to make, and not many smiths will do one, and I was lucky mine turned out OK.
It's called an interrupted twist pattern, and I have a bigger version with a blade fuller, in progress that will look a lot nicer than this one when it's done.

This sword has an 18" blade, damascus fittings and a birds-eye yew handle.

Dave, that's just awesome!! Would love to see more pics of it:D

Thanks guys, I'm glad you like them.

I did both blades exactly the way Scott Langton did his except for the wrought iron, because at the time I had none.
At this point my second version is 90 pecent forged to shape, with a blade fuller and it should finish out with a 24" blade,
I also have a dagger in progress from the same composite bar.
The first pic is of the cores ready to forge weld, and the second is of me welding the thing together.

I'm also ready to make a large batch of 448 layer ladder damascus from 203E and 1095.
I double up on the inner layers of 1095, but not the outside layers, so when I cut and stack it the layers end up the same thickness and it also increases the carbon steel content.
It also helps to reduce the effect of carbon migration.

"to be honest, youre pics sucks but knives rulez!!"

Thanks ciulkwens.

"Dammit Jim, I'm a Bladesmith, not a photographer." Dr. MaCoy.

Here's a couple of Bowies I made from chainsaw chain and cable.
These two appeared in a "Knives Illustrated magazine."
I made them when I was teaching myself to forge weld.
They both have elk antler handles as does the bowie in the first pic.
The pic below is me hammer welding a stack together.

I think I've seen that last pic somewhere else, a knife making book or something...

But either way, it's an awsome picture.

"Do you sell any of your knives? If so where and when?".

I've sold almost all of my knives, my damascus or W2 steel for hunters and 5160 for Bowies locally here on the "Wet Coast", mostly be word of mouth.

I think that pics been posted on the Shiloh Sharps forums, and Canadian Gunnutz, but it could be elsewhere as well.
That was my first bar of damascus, drawn out and folded by mysef and a striker.
It ended up a 7.5" 768 layer random pattern blade.

I put a birds-eye yew handle on it, brass and damascus fittings and it turned out like this
