Some lobsters and a Harpy

I like the serrated hawkbill for cutting rope. The stainless handle was pretty slippery. I had a Tasman around here somewhere but I misplaced it during a move and would like to eventually get ahold of an H-1 Spyderhawk but right now every cent I have is tied up in the business.

The big lobster in the pic was oversised and released. It was around 5 or 6 lbs I think. I would guess it around 25 years old.

If you like the weight and heft of the Harpy, maybe you need to find one of these:

A G10 Harpy. I have problems holding the SS Harpy when it gets wet or slick, but have no problem holding onto this one. (But this one is mine! :D)

Bohica- out of my price range, especially now :D I still haven't found a better folding knife to use on the boat than the Cara Cara Rescue serrated. It is prone to some rust but the serrations are as perfect as I have ever used and the long sheepsfoot blade is optimal for my needs.

Educate me on this. Isn't suppossed you free the small ones and keep the big ones?

Hmm, have you looked into the G10 Byrd Crossbill? Basically a Spyderhawk-sized hawkbill, but being a Byrd, it may fit your budget better than a Spyderhawk. Just a thought.

we can keep anything between 3 1/4 inches to 5 inches carapace length. Larger lobsters lay more eggs and produce hardier offspring.

Yeah buddy we bought it in february. :) Still trying to get off the ground.

Great man, I don't want to jinx you with well wishes ;).
