Thanks for being patient with me.

1.) Should I remove the burr with the ceramic rod in between stone changes?

2.) I use the push-pull method all the way up to the polishing tapes. (I am working the stone forwards and backwards) Is that the proper way to use the higher grit stones and tapes too?

3.) The very end of the blade near the choil never gets completely polished, why is that?

That's all I can think of right now. I'm sure more questions will pop up.

Not necessary, just use a couple of very light push strokes with more sideways motion than forward motion when finishing with a a grit. Just visualize stripping the burr with the stone by moving the stone sideways against the edge.

Yes, but again remember to use very light strokes when you are finishing with any particular grit stone.

3.) The very end of the blade near the choil never gets completely polished, why is that?

That area usually has a more obtuse angle and you may not be hitting the whole bevel there. Try hitting that area with push-pull strokes concentrating on that spot without any sideways motion of the stones.
