yes, that is a piece of metal, part of a picture frame...

finally managed to roll the edge on the brick, but no chipping!!!
 
the k bar handled the brick pretty well, lots of edge roll but no chipping there either. a few more hacks with the hh's

Whoa....wasn't that thing new when you got it!? Wearing off that much coating took some work....it will be a satin in no time!!!
 
the k bar tip was wasted after the brick experiment, both hh's had the tips smashed a bit, but no metal missing.

wouldn't have thought the brick would do more damage that the metal frame, beer cans, nails.

gonna need some tlc,

but damn that was fun!!!!!!, thx patrick.

Not sure I'd baton with a sledge no matter what. And I'm still such a wuss b/c I baby my Busse's somethin fierce. :(

huh, didnt see that one. we started with a towel wrapped around the sledge, but it ripped after a couple whacks. might not have been the smartest thing we did tonite.:rolleyes:

i blame the beers.
 
WHOAW, it certainly looks like you guys had a lot of fun.....

My new/mint HH is shipping today if all goes well.....the waiting has begun......

Don't know if I'm going to use this one to the same extend you guys did but, good to see the HH can take a beating or two.....

just read that, he went waaay beyond what we did today, but i still probably wont do that again after reading the other thread.

FWIW I think Wicked beat on his knife with a large pipe wrench, and for something like 8 hours. I think a Pipe wrench is harder than a hammer.
