Some more prototype notebook covers

I recently completed two more prototype notebook covers. These two are for the small moleskine notebook. I did these two to finalize construction methods and patterns. The will finalize finish and materials later.

I will make future covers from bridle leather (in both chestnut and black) as well as natural saddle skirting. I may also cover some in exotics by request.

This first one is saddle skirting in black with brown sharkskin trim.

The second one is natural saddle skirting. On this one I made several changes based on feedback on the forums. Now the elastic on the notebook is usable and the pen holder is moved to the left side. I also discovered that this cover is also just right for a checkbook.

I will be making some other covers as well in the next few weeks for other notebooks as well as the Moleskines.
