I was diggin' around in my dresser drawer for a slippie to take to dinner and here's what I found, all of these were bought at a yardsale or flea market for under $10 each.

I really like the Canoe and the little leather folder! Is it a SOG?
Thanks,
Matt

Wow :)...very cool stuff. You are a shopping "Pro"....

It's fun to find old stuff like that....

The other day I found my High School Basketball Practice shorts....lol...couldn't stop laughing...(1964)....

Thanks for sharing...

I gotta admit the PCC Barry Woods folder was a Gun Show buy and cost $30. The little leather one is a SOG, I bought it's big brother for $25 at a knife show.

You've got some nice finds there!!

Flea markets are one of my favorite search modes. I love 'em!!

I especially like the MOP sleeveboard pen knife in right column, second up from the bottom. Is that a lobster and who is the maker??

Yes it is a case but the scales are cracked ice, a type of plastic, it looks nice though, the pattern # is 92042 and it's a 4 dot from 1976.

I think Raptor has great taste. I like the MOP Lobster myself. Is it Sheffield or American? My favorite maker of this style is Stan Shaw. Awesome.

It's a real old lobster so old infact that it has an ear pick/spoon for cleaning your ears prior to the invention of the cotton swab, I'd put it somewhere between the late 1800s and the early 1900s.

It' looks like it's made by a slovak or a russian there are no markings anywhere except a name stamped into the blade,"SZIRAKYJ".

The blades have a very dark patina, but otherwise are in great shape.

Any info from anyone else would be great.

T. Erdelyi,
Thanks for showing a better picture of this lobster.

I never heard of the name "SZIRAKYJ" and I couldn't find it listed in any of my books either. It'd be interesting to know it was a factory knife or private cutlerer produced.

Either way it's a nice knife that adds to your collection.
