What do I call that filework??? Think I need some help on that. I do a vine like that and that is just one little part of the vine filework. But it don't look like part of a vine on this knife.

That's a nice little scroll flourish. I have tried things like that and generally been unsuccessful. This looks great, nice detail. I could see that being on the but end of the tang, too.

I all most put this on the butt end of the tang it would fit nicely, but didn't want to make this knife to busy.

And Thanks for the comments.

Modern freehand scroll is what I catergorize it in. Very nicely done. Youll find some similar in traditional english scroll work. But its refreshing seeing a modern interpration of this type of work that just isnt a vine and ivy done over and over again. look forward to seeing more!

Very nice work that adds a little class to a fine looking knife to begin with. Just the right amount of filework I think.

So many knives I see on BF are done very nicely, but they are so busy, it's like a slap in the face.

I have wondered why there are not any "Gee, that knife is ugly" comments.

This knife is so well done and balanced in everything; the burl, the mosaic pins, beautiful blade, and the file work is like an exclamation point.

Extremely nice!
