Why i hate Bill Burke. Last year Bill got me interested in Kitchen cutlery and now i can't shake the bug it is addicting. anyway here are a couple i just finished up. they have 52100 blades and brass bolsters with ironwood handle scales.

what does a sprigfield xd45 compact with stainless slide and dark earth frame have to do with kitchen knives? Nothing i just wanted to show off the new gun my wife bought me today.

It's amazing what a sober photographer can do for the clarity of a knife. Not that I'm against good whiskey, just not when I'm making or photographing knives. Really like the dovetailed bolsters, great job.
