Hi all,

I had a couple of these knives at Blade where Coop took some pictures of them. I didn't have any sheathes made for them at the time though, so here they are with some sheathes and a new knife. I put the whale sword cane in too just cuzz I like it so much.

I hope you like them, let me know what you think.

Thanks for looking, Mark

The sword cane is a commissioned piece. It has a shaft of totem whales that transform into real whales as they reach the top. It has abalone inlays and a button to release the sheath. The tip of the sheath is gemsbok horn. The blade is Mike Norris stainless damascus

Hey Mark,
Your work is becoming very much your own style. Every thing looks really nice, Damascus and your mosaic handles. Is this also your own sheath work? If so it is looking good. I am not seeing the quills?

Thanks, RL and Gary,

Yes, it is my sheath work. The quill work is the white stuff around the border of the sheathes. Thanks for your support, Gary, you've always been a good Bud.

I really like the colors, textures and geometric patterns you implement into your knives and sheaths.
Very vibrant and distinct designs. Thank for sharing them.

Mark, you've definitely developed your own designs especially in the way of handle treatments. Gorgeous work.

Thanks everybody,

Kevin, nice getting to spend some time with you and the whole CKCA pack at Blade. This is my RSVP for next years CKCA dinner. Thanks for the props too.

Doug and Foster, thanks, I appreciate it.

Very nice as always Mark.I got to see the knives on your table at Blade and they are superb in every detail!
