with my exams coming to an end, I've been having a little (too) much time on my hands. I started thinking of some features or new designs I think would be cool. Not that I can't find anything to my liking in the current product line, just a couple of ideas.
Spyderco Moran with a fully serrated edge. This is my favorite small fixed blade and a fully serrated edge would give me a reason to get another one
. Other than the usual advantages of serrations in general, I can't really think of another 'perfomance' reason. I think it would look really "wicked", kinda like a civilian.
A Small utility type neck knife. A 'dragonfly fixed blade' with a proper kydex sheath would appeal to me. Maybe it could be offered with a sheath option to carry it as a pocket fixed blade, like a puuko.
With their know-how in making great performing edges, I feel that Spyderco could try to make some more fixed blade designs.
