Things are finally moving forward on some new designs. Yes, they are my designs! There is a folder, a fixed blade and a neck knife. Renderings should be finished soon. I can tell you the folder is a wharncliffe blade and it is called the Fire Ant 3.5" blade 7.5" overall. Ti framelock. The fixed blade is an older design of mine called the L.M.R.K. = Light Multi Role Knife. Blade is 5", 9.125 overall. The neck knife is going to be an injection molded version of the Broad Head. Like the HTM Ti version, there will be no edge. Ultra light weight back up. I am hoping to see a production prototype in 1-2 months on the Fire Ant and LMRK. The IM BroadHead will probably be closer to the end of the year and is planned to be released at SHOT 2014. When I get renderings and or photos I will post them. Almost forgot, I believe the steel on the Fire Ant will be CPM 154 and the L.M.R.K. will be Carbon V.

That LMRK looked like a really cool knife. Really awesome blade profile. The Wharnie folder sounds exciting too.

Teaser pics Dirk! Don't be shy. And glad to see CPM154 for the folder. Great steel. And Carbon V is super fun stuff.

OK, I can give you a photo of a model for the injection molded BroadHead. This one is made from carbon fiber. And yes, I do make CF BraodHead for sale. Renderings of the FireAnt and LMRK are almost ready. The FireAnt will have the MaxxGlide bearing system.

The rendering is almost finished for the FireAnt. The Ti for the handle should be there any day.

Dirk may be a bit modest about this, but a profile about him will appear in the upcoming KNIFE WORLD...I believe it will be out in about two weeks.

The BroadHead looks great to me. The CF works also. I could go for a stealth back up like that. Great concept Dirk!

Subscribed. Im excited about this folder.
