I have once again proven that the saying "he who dies with the most toys wins" may not be true....but I LIVE BY it!! I got my self a Wetterlings small hatchet and a Master Hunter in Carbon V NIB...I got a great deal on the Master Hunter...I couldn't pass it up. The 4.5in. satin flat ground blade is just to good a performer to let it sit in the case on a dealers table..I paid $35 for the Wetterlings..I know that you can probubly find them cheaper, but I factored in that I didn't pay shipping at all, so I figure it was a deal also. I am going out to chop on some cedar with the wetterling, I might do some carving with the ColdSteel as well, maybe I'll take some pics.
The dealer had the full line of Wetterlings axes from the smallest to the Huge axe with about a 4ft handle. I was drooling...big time.
I think I will see if my Fehrman can keep up with the Wetterlings...lol. Any excuse to make wood chips!

Congrats. Since Camillus isn't making the knife for CS anymore, or at least the carbon V, which is the same steel used in the Becker knives, you did get a good deal. The Wetterling is a great little axe, you are gonna enjoy using it.
