I wanted to post some of my recently completed kitchen knives.
The first and second knives are paring knives with a 4 inch cutting edge from AEB-L with Koa and maple scales respectively.
The 3rd knife is a carving knife with a 9 inch cutting edge from AEB-L
They all have tapered tangs and are flat ground with thin edges and hand rubbed finishes.
