Hey Folks,
I thought I'd stick up some photos of a few of my axes, for anyone who's interested and also to try to find out a bit more about the one. Left to right here:
WC Kelly Falls City Perfect cruiser axe.
True Temper Flint Edge cruiser axe (note the slim handle - if only they were all like this)
HGB, 1897, both stamped in a diamond shaped box. Anybody know what maker that stands for? I got it from a place in Maine.
True Temper Kelly World's Finest Dandenong competition axe, made in Canada.
True Temper Flint Edge double bit.
Plumb
And in number 2, top to bottom:
True Temper Flint Edge (odd pattern I haven't seen much).
True Temper Kelly Perfect Baltimore/Kentuky-ish pattern.
WC Kelly Flint Edge Connecticut pattern on 32" octagon handle.
Craftsman hatchet (oddly this appears to have been made double edged, and not as a broad hatchet. I've found two of them, both double edged.)
Will add more as I find time to get them hung.
