Wanted to share with you guys some of the firesteels I have made in the past. I really love working with the ghost green g-10 because it works so well with the glow powder modifications.

Those look pretty good ,do you use a standard ferro rod or Misch metal rod ?

I thought ferrocerium rods were composed of misch metal? Here is a video showing how the rods spark. They produced molten blobs of metal that spark anything easily.

These are sooooo cool!!!!! OK, how much??? I think my fire-steels are 3/8ths. The glowing green is saaaa-weet!

Hmmm, how much for just the glow-in-the-dark lanyard thing?!? I have a couple new steels (just bought 'em), but the glow-in-the-dark thing is sweet!
