Hi, I'm new to Blade Forums.
Here's some of my recently completed knives.

These are gorgeous. LOVE the combination of materials, and especially like the contrast of high polish flats and satin bevels.

The detail work on the bolsters is a great touch, too. Really nice work!!!!

How is your Biltong model utilized?

Just for those who were wondering what the term "biltong" refers to, at the last 2 knives. I think it is what is referred to as "Jerky" in the US. Biltong is a South African favorite!!
My biltong knife is gripped as you would do for the 3rd knife (HUN04). The biltong(jerky) is then cut towards you, with your thumb pushing it into the blade......Hope that makes any sense :)
