I think this is some of the best fossil walrus ivory I have seen. May be better out there but I like this one and hope you do. Blade is my Damascus of 15n20 and 1080 with nickel silver fittings. Blade length is 9 3/8 inches and over all is 14 1/2. Of course, fossil Walrus Ivory. Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking.



 
Out of 50 pounds of ivory you may get a piece or two if you're lucky that have these kinda beatiful markings--I love this color transformation and I have several pieces that look like this-I'm new to the forum and I've really been looking at all the materials and the beautiful knifes that you all make-Dan you're work is all but outstanding--I hope one day I'll be able to own one like this one --I enjoy your love for fossil ivory and I bet we do business one day-I also love the ivory and have collected it for 30 years-May the sun always be in your face and the wind to your back--beautiful--beautiful work
