This is a new hunter for me I've been working on with Les. I really like it. Good and functional.

This is a blade I did a while ago after one of Burt Foster's most excellent lectures At the Ashokan bladesmithing seminar. (Thanks Burt!)

Blade is 416/w2 laminate
416 Guard/pin/tube
NICE piece of Curly Koa from Alpha knife supply

Love the way the curved plunge line and swedge come together on the hunter. Beautifully done!

Very nice work Shawn, super clean and I'm always a sucker for a radiused plunge done well

lovin that blade profile, and super clean all around. Maker's mark looks awesome too.

Thanks Folks!

Thanks guys, The radiused plunge is something I try to work into most of my knives, although my brain( or lack thereof) and my hands dont allways communicate. I just have to take it slow and ease up on it.

I still struggle with getting a clean mark, See how my fiirst name got a little crazy on the one.
