I favor small and big blades so when one of Tom Krein's Pocket Bowie' became available to me with an antique lloking ivory micarta handle I snagged it up for an EDC and capeing knife.
Fantastic little knife with Big character and great lines
It came with a great little leather belt sheath but there is no leather like Long leather
and I won't be happy till I have every knife I own done by him.
I asked for a horizontal carry which I will carry in front of my left hip crossdraw style. I asked that I could take it off and on with our removeing my belt.
I also asked that it be covered in Cape Buffalo which I seem to fancy on almost everything. Plus I shot it. It also matches the belt and many of the larger sheath's Paul has done for me
The interesting part is the construction . Paul makes the sheath entirely out of leather then he splits the Cape Buffalo skin and completely wraps the sheath in it with the deer skin liner this actually if I am not mistaken is a 3 ply leather sheath
As usual Paul just nailed it and I can't wait to get it back
Thanks Paul

Up next is Bob Fursho's Special Melt Birds Head
Classic P Long and so well done it just does not get any better
The stud is one of Bill's hand carved flower studs
Thanks for looking
