I'm back, loved it in Tirol (part of Austria), the folks there are real homey, they're joked about nearby, cause they're considered 'hill folk'. We have a lot in common . Straightest bunch of folks I've even met, short of maybe the Hogs I know . It reminded me of the rural dairy land where I grew up in western NY.
Most of the people I met have they're own gardens, raise cattle, bees. One of the most well kept areas I've ever visited.
Some of the highlites:
Morning traffic jam:
Some wild life:
Visited some 18th century castles.
Tony's kitchen
View at night from my balcony, 13th Century ruins
The Alps
Sampled some local fare (wild boar is a delicacy)
little Hog at a tourist trap (Fussen)
