i finally got a chance to snap some pics of my new Izula, while were on a little vacation over the past 5 days....

i absolutely love this knife... it's such a cool design.. i carried it everyday while were out.. it was either in my pocket, on my belt, around my neck or clipped to my pack strap... it saw a lot of use...

now i need an RC-3 and/or an RC-4...:D

keeping my fishing license company while fishing at Freswater lagoon..

i scored this Surefire E1L from a fellow forum member.. it arrived a few hours before we were about to leave for our trip... this is a great EDC combo...

Nice pics Mike, I love Missouri but sometimes I'm pretty danged envious of ya'll that have those awesome coastlines to enjoy!
 
Those Klean Kanteens are the only way to go. I recently swapped over to them and love them. Way easier to keep clean. A little expensive but once you buy them they seem tough enough to last forever.

Prairie creek state park is a beautiful area. We live in Mendocino county and spend a lot of time camping up there in the summers. The Mendocino coast is beautiful too but it's a bit touristy because of it's proximity to San Francisco. Humboldt and Del Norte counties have the isolation necessary to avoid that.
Mike, what is the orange tube riding on your lanyard next to your Izula?
 
I seen it in the WS&S section ,thanks for posting here as well...Glad the Izula serves you well....I think you need to get the wife one Mike ...
 
Love that Cabela's Berber fleece. I have one of those Outfitter Camo jackets, too. Excellent.

i agree with you on that one...:thumbup: it is so much more mellow in Humboldt and Del Norte counties, in comparison to Mendo... though i do love it in that area...

the tube around my neck is my fishing license... i also have a few extra survival items in there as well...

we were fishing for steelheads and cutthroat trouts...though we had no luck, we still had a great time...

the misses does love knives, and has quite a few.. we even have damascus and platinum wedding rings..
she actually probably wouldn't mind an Izula, as long as it wasn't the pink one... she hates pink...:o
she EDC a benchmade mini griptillian.. while were there she also had her ML neck knife in her jacket pocket.....
