Some pictures from my walk today

I've always been fascinated by such things as ancient ruins. So many structures out thetr, millions(?+?) Years old. We have no technology today to even build smaller less complicated versions. Amazing.

Are they as impressive in person D?

Yes, they are still pretty impressive. Some parts have fallen/been torn down, but what is left is still cool. It is hard to imagine how some of those stones were move up that hill, and then put in place.

Impressive indeed....It's easy to imagine lots of manpower and the will to succeed...something lost in today's society is hard work because of distractions. Technology and science are awesome tools that have replaced the tens of thousands of workers that built such majestic structures.

Could very well be. The Greeks, like the Romans (on whom the Greeks had plenty of influence) were all over the place. The dry, rocky scenery reminds me of a Mediterranean environment .... If it isn't Greece, Sicily perhaps. hard to guess.
