Some pictures not displaying in posts

Using the URLs alone for the missing pictures work for me and if I quote the post, the pictures will show in the BF Editor. However, if I then go to "Preview", the same pictures are again missing.

Here’s an existing/previous thread about the same issue:

Linking pics stopped working

Linking to images between IMG tags only gives me an icon crossed in red in a thread. When I edit my post I see the full picture. What changed ?
