I see you use Google Drive. I can normally fix the photos, but it says I need special permissions. You must have the account set to private, or something of that nature.

Google changed the way to share pics a while ago.... Not very friendly imho.

Hit the share button on the google photos site on the pic you want to share and copy the link code.
Then from the copied link code you need to generate an embed code with a website like this:

https://ctrlq.org/google/photos/

Then use the generated embed code to show the image on forums like this
