some PMs not going through?

I've had some issues with PMs lately. For instance, I sent one about 5 minutes ago. From what I can tell it didn't make it to the recipient. In the recent past others have told me they haven't received my messages. However, its not happening all the time. I've used this function a lot and it’s worked. What’s up?

Never mind... I didn't notice that the recipient’s PM limit was maxed. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case in the past with the other users.
