Due to my work, I am looking for a fixed blade to be carried on my non-dominant side, and the Street Beat seems to be my best option for now. I know this sentence sounds like more appropriate for the Prac-Tactical forum, but I just have a couple of questions for the owners of the knife that are not really about knife fighting and stuff, so I hope it is OK to post here. And here there are:
1. Can you move the G-clip on the other side of the sheath for left-hand carry?
2. Does the G-clip work OK without belt, or in other words, is it stiff enough to hold onto just the waistband?
3. Is the handle comfortable for different grips, especially reverse grip/icepick grip?
4. Is it easy to take the knife out of the sheath if it is set up for reverse grip? I have had knives, that you have to press the sheath with the thumb to get the blade out or it would be nearly impossible to have your knife ready. And in this case, using it for reverse grip is not a good idea at all.
Thank you for your time and information.
