EDIT: I think I have heard of the golok before, but what is that other thing? A Tom-clinton special 13? Looks like one hell of a weapon for a sword fight.

I've heard of it called a Gladius, patterned onthe Roman short sword. I'd be interested in knowing if this RMK design came before the TCS - I believe it did, as I once owned what Tom said was one of the first TCS's made...

but that sword looks intimidating, not to mention it's one hell of a grind to do by hand.
