When I was at the Spirit of Steel show there was a very nice table of leather work and these Texans had these nice knife cases.

obviously I bought two of them and am very impressed with the quality. If anyone is interested in contact information ( not advertising for these folks just thought they are nice) shoot me a PM or email..
