So I finally got around to making a photo booth to shoot knives and other projects at my vocational school. Wow, what a difference this makes. Having a booth has made taking pictures so much faster and consistent. If you don't have one set up I highly recommend it! You're not gonna turn into a Coop or Eric Eggly but it will help you to show folks your work with greater detail.

In light of that here are the pictures I took today of some of Ramon and Jaime's work. They are both ABS apprentice bladesmiths and are really giving their all to do the best they can. The first three knives are by Jaime Aviles. The last three knives are by Ramon Morales. Hope you like the work they are turning out.

All I can say is their apprenticeships must be going well because that is some beautiful work.

good stuff brother!

like you, I am putting a little photo spot together and coincidently just received my new camera today :)

Mike, you folks are doing good work. Keep it up.

Good-looking work, Mike. Who made the hammer? :)

The famous James Helm, that's who! You like that pic? I should have just taken one with the hammer since it's so darn cool. I've forged out quite a few knives with it already. Thanks again James!

Mike you are doing great. I think that had a good instructor and it shows. I look forward to meeting them in person when they go for their JS.

Ramon and Jaime are doing great work.
I am probably stating the obvious when I say that I bet you are proud of them.
