Hi, I am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself and share some of my recent work. I am a part-time maker living in north Idaho. Most of my focus is on hamons, but I am also starting to do Damascus and some folders.
The first picture is of a W-2 bowie, with heat blued Damascus fittings and mesquite burl handle.
The next is a 9" Wa-Gyuto forged from W-2 and 15n20, around 200 layers, horn ferule and box elder burl handle.
The next is my first attempt at a slipjoint folder, 1084 blade, with zircote handle. The fit and finish is a little rough, but it was my first try.
Last is a wakizashi style short sword. W-2 and zircote.

Thanks for looking, any feedback is appreciated. -Justin Carnecchia

Thanks Jonathan, I think the bowie was my favorite too. It's close with the slipjoint though cause I got to keep it and it was so much fun to make.
