Any criticism (good and bad) is much appreciated!
Carbon Fiber Dao: First time working with this stuff. I've been avoiding CF for a long time just because of the nastiness of it and the cost. I had an order for it though and I've very happy I ended up doing it! It has a 4-inch cutting edge and is about 8 1/4 inches overall. This one is going to get to travel to Africa (I love knowing they get used well!)
"Boxcutter: Just finished this order up and I like how it turned out. The customer wanted "angular" handles so I contacted Jens to get permission before trying anything that resembled his unique "Ansoesque" texturing.
The blade is a full 1/4 thick of W-2 and it comes with a static-cord for the kydex sheath. The “lip” on the sheath helps you push the sheath away for pocket carry. Handles are removable to make refurbs easy --
Cleaver: Double-dyed buckeye burl (supplied by customer). Made of W-2 with about a 6-inch cutting edge. The pics sort of suck, but this one was a pain to capture:
