My regular work has slowed down so I've been getting some leather work done.

Here's a few pics. Hope you like them.

First one is for a local knife maker. What a psycho bloodthirsty blade this is.. It's already cut the maker and I cut my finger on it making the sheath.. The top swedge is sharp too. The OAL is over 17"

These are a couple rifle slings and a shell cuff for a guy and his brother.

He sent me this photo.

A sheath for a Sigman hunter. This sheath turned out to have an odd shape but the knife has a strange profile too.

Next is for a knife with a sentimental value. I was happy to hear that she likes the sheath. I was pleased with how the lines flowed with this one.

This one was for a Puma double set of knives.

Thanks for looking.!

That is some real fine looking leather work...I like it all !

...My particular favorite is the first one.

Thanks! Me too. I have to admit that there is definitely a Paul Long influence in the panel treatment and I suspect that may be why you like it too.

I really do think Paul Long's work, for larger knives particularly, has become iconic and in some ways has become the unconscious standard for the aesthetic. It's a deserving compliment to him too. Anything that comes close looks good by association. :p
