The top one is a custom shop Active Duty with snakeskin scales and the satin finish. Oddly enough, almost the exact same knife that I want.

I have the same custom shop AD, I am waiting on a Buy Brown sheath for it. I love my AD, use it all the time, sharp as all get out.

Burke learned from Ed, and his blades are in exactly the same style. Never held two side-by-side, but I'd expect some small differences.

One difference is that Ed's blades are a bit more $.
