The Herbst Titanium was only made with 440C

Hmmm... the 2001 Spyderco catalog reported says Ti & ATS-55 ?????
I'm still interested if I can see the picture of the other side of the knife I requested, thanks.

This really isn't the place for discussion but the pic in the catalog is the aluminum version hence the ATS-55.I can tell just by the sellers pic it is the aluminum version.The Ti has more of a satin finish.The alum has a bead blasted finish.A few other differences as well between the two.

I believe you are right. I will remove this one from the sale. These things have been in a box under my bed for so long I don`t know what I have.

Not a problem, I appreciate the info. Since I don`t have the boxes I reduced each knife by $20.
