Of XMs. It seems to me that gen 4 xm18s are just about perfect and I find it difficult to see anything that could be changed for the better to require calling it a new generation. I the xm24 and xm18 3" may be due for an updated a la the gen 4 3.5". Has there been discussions like this that I missed? I like the direction RHK is going with the accessories, a good selection of production blades and different finishes, maybe no more generations are needed? What are your thoughts?

Not that it'd be called a next generation but the stop pin relocation on 3.5's does allow for (already mentioned) choil-less configurations.

3-D machining on the lockside and on the scales would be a cool cosmetic upgrade IMHO (or just a trial run of 3-D machined scales). As far as functionality, the XM-18 is simple and perfect to me :encouragement:
