Someone asked about beating on D2...Here you go!

I wanted to show this example because it is pretty much worst case. He even removed the micro-bevel so that edge should be as weak as anyone could hope to make it. Should be pretty darn sharp too. :)

I pretty much watch all of his videos and the timing on this one couldn't have been better.
 
He has a series on this blade, re-profiling, feather sticks, speed cuts, and then this! (This one is 154 CM...folder no less)
