Overlooking the rarity of the mismarking with a single dot date code, the term "Griptilian product line" has got me???
I guess I should Google it but I'll start here. Will say the $9.99 opening bid is pretty good for the knife regardless.

I had to Google it. "Griptilian" is a Benchmade line. Seller has his rare knives mixed up. It's amazing to me how many "RARE" knives end up on the 'bay...
