Someone Needs your Help!!! Arrested for Lev-R-Lock as Auto!

I pointed the gentleman towards this forum, and hopefully he will post here. He will have to schedule a trial in two days! I'm sure that someone here can help him with proof of the legality of the Lev-R-Lok. Here is a link to the thread over in the Auto Forum.

I have had very good experience with Camillus customer service before,
but I have to say I am very disappointed in the utter lack of response on behalf of Camillus to this question.

If it is (as advertised) a 50-state legal product, why won't you stand behind your product and support your customer? I would asume before making such a claim to legality, the factory would have a legal expert make that determination, why not allow this customer access to your findings?

This guy is twisting in the wind, it could have been ANY of us.

Since that is where the thread started, I felt it was the appropriate place to respond. The gentleman in question has also been emailed. So far I have had no response from him on the forum, or via email. I would be glad to call him if I had his phone #. We have helped our customers with legal situations before, and we stand ready if needed again.

Once again Will, you've proven yourself to be a standup guy at a standup company.

The thread was posted in at least 3 places, and I was trying to follow them all, I must have overlooked the one that you responded to.

For all the bad press the industry takes when their products are mis-used, it's nice to know that some manufacturers will take the lead in defending their legal products when used legally.
