Here is an order that I just finished up. Was a fun project as it is a little different from my norm.

Specs:
Steel - Carbon Damascus - 336 layers of O1&L6 (made by me)
Blade Length - Approx. 3 1/2"
Overall Length - Approx. 7"
Guard - 416SS
Handle - Dyed Ash Burl
Pin - Mosaic
Sheath - Multi-Position (well two positions)

First thing that came to my mind was:
That handle material looks like an animal print!
 
Really great work Sean. Love that damacus, and the dyed ash burl as well.
I don't think I've ever seen a tanto of yours, or at least I've never seen one at Blade. Is this your first tanto ?
 
Thanks everyone. Yes this is the first Tanto that I have made. I've taken this and designed a slightly larger version which I may play around with for a future project. Who knows maybe for the New York show????

Very nice package. Handle is a show stopper!

I like the fact that you went subtle on the guard. No top guard, and not too much length on the front.

I even like the tanto tip! (I go back and forth on this, and it really depends on the knife whether or not it appeals to me in the overall package).

This one works for me.
 
Thanks very much. Took me a while to sort out the tip and how far back I wanted it.
