The blade is D2 etched (( it's about the same color as a Ruger hand gun)), Blade is 3" and OAL is 7", with a bocote handle.

With archer etchant from Radio Shack just like you would damascus.

I foregot to say I high buffed the blade to bring out the orange peel in the D2 to give a damascus look or texture to the blade.

I don't know if it will work on ATS34. This blade is D2. I etched this blade twice, and I just used a Q-Tip to put the etch on and keep rubbing it for about 3 or 4 minutes.
