I made a cremains locket last week with the butt end of a shell casing mounted on it. The shells were fired over the grave at the military honors funeral. I set a garnet in the primer spot, and inset the shell end in the cremains vial. I didn't take any photos of that.
The family liked it so much, they had me make pendants for the two sons from two more of the shells - photos attached.

Very Nice. Always like to see honors be rendered to our service members. This will be remembered for a long time. Did you flash them?
