I love my sykco 1311, I do.
Now I might want something bigger, something with a longer blade, >=15 inch, more is better, that still can be used like a chopper.
Something with 3v or infi or something similar. I don't want to sharpen the edge all the time.
what would you suggest? I'm open to anything under 1000$ and must be legal in Canada*.
