I love my "4" and am eyeballin' a Izula next. How about some working pic's once you get a chance to take it out for a walk?
 
Now my dilemma is: do I put it in my B.O.B. and let it sit behind the seat of my truck and know that I have a dependable bad a$$ knife waiting. Or do carry it sometimes and take the chance of needing it and having it attached to my hiking gear sitting at home?
 
The correct answer to your question is to buy 2 more so you have 1 for EDC, 1 for the car pack, and 1 for the pack at home :)
 
Sounds like you need an Izula (they're quite inexpensive, surely the HH6 would mind... heck, get her one in pink too :p ) for every day carry, and then one of the new RAT Packs for the -4 when they come out.

Then you can alternate the -4 back and forth as needed in a handy-sized mini-E&E pack. :)
