This is something very different in special knife and sheath combination that we recently finished for a customer. The customer had the RMK 12-11 Smithsonian bowie done up with an elephant ivory grip. He then had Don Hedrick: dhknife@aol.com, make up a micro mini reproduction of the knife. The sheath is covered in Choc. bro. sharkskin and an opening was cut into the front. The micro mini was then attached to the front of the sheath. Both of the grips will eventually be scrimed by Rick Bowles with matching patterns.
This is one of the most unusual sheath that we have ever done for a RMK and I thought you all would enjoy seeing it.
