This is a knife designed by the other half,Correction Better half. She actually designed it by the feel of the handle, Blade shape Etc.
Good thing because I am too dangerous in the Kitchen.
Kitchen knife made from ATS34 steel. Heat treated by D'Alton Holder's heat treating service.
6 1/2 blade full tang knife. Olivewood handle.
