Nice first effort! Not sure what you mean by no tools, but even if all you have is some sandpaper you can use that to bevel your edges so that they aren't perfectly square. If you have some beeswax or paraffin wax you can use that and a piece of canvas to burnish your edges to further make it look professional.

Good job, keep at it! :)

Good job
Could we have a couple of photos of how you have formed and folded over the leather at the bottom of the pouch ?

Something uniquely satisfying about making your own stuff eh? :)

The leather is folded and pulled to other side and again folded and closed with snaps, so there is only one stitched side. I beleive that is the idea from Chris Reeve sheat for Sebenza(at least I think so) only I didn't formed the leather so i got low profile sheat.

For tools I had only Awl from hardware store but no edger or groover.I used a fork handle for groove.Even snaps was hard to do cause i couldnt find here tools for snaps.I used Balistol for burnishing and cloth. I didnt think of sand paper to bevel edges,(its not so thick leather) so thanks for the idea, I'll try that. And sorry if my english not so good.

I read a trick (Stohlman maybe) for beveling thin leather.

Lay the leather down on a flat surface that has a 90° edge (a table or counter top would work if it has a fairly sharp corner), then sand the bevel so that the leather is supported by the edge of the surface. I haven't tried it yet, but it makes sense.

Your English is fine. Better than many folks. :)

Great work! Leatherman is right, it's satisfying to build your own stuff. Careful or you'll get bit by the leather making bug. If you haven't already.
