Central blade is made from 3/16ths 154-CM from Aldo as are the bolsters. All will have mirror finishes on them, the exposed part of the blade already does.Tomorrow I will be heat treating the central blade then fit the bolsters to it. Smooth it all out, gotta love that KMG machine. About 6 hours into it so far. Scales will be of Bacote. Should be finished some time next week.

Central blade is hardened and triple tempered to a Rockwell 59. Now to bring the polish back.

Bolsters are on it and polished to 450 grit. A few days of work left.

About 10 hours into the knife so far. Now he scales.

Finished about 14 hours into it. A little over 9 inches long. Made from 154-CM to a solid Rockwell 59. Bocote scales with red fiber spacers. The blade is polished to a Mirror finish the bolsters to a very high satin. This was a tough one. Comments please its how I improve. Thanks, Ken

Those were my last 2 pieces of Bocote. I thought the knife deserved it. They are a matched set.
